CCCC Chinese Culture Summer School Program offers five or six sessions in our air-conditioned school facility each year to children 4 years or older throughout the U.S. and abroad. Each session features classes and variety of activities with school time from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Snack, daily hot lunch in our air-conditioned school will be provided.

The CCCC 10th Chinese Culture Summer School will open from June 27, 2005 to Sep. 2, 2005 in five sessions, each session consists of two weeks as the following:

Session I : 6/27 - 7/8
Session II: 7/11 - 7/22
Session III: 7/25 - 8/5
Session IV: 8/8 - 8/19
Session V: 8/22 - 9/2

Classes and Activities: Chinese language (listening, speaking, reading, writing), Math, Arts, Music, Science, Gym (swimming, ball games, etc.) and educational field trips (visiting museums, farms, or Parks).

Cost:

• Registration Fee:
  $15.00 for signing up before June 4, 2005.
  $30.00 for signing up after June 4, 2005, before June 27, 2005.
  $50.00 for signing up after June 27, 2005.
• Deposit:
  $100.00 (Refundable after the whole programs end)
• Tuition:
  For 5 years or older (born before June 4, 2000);
  $360.00/session
  $200.00/half session(5 days)
  $50.00/day
  The tuition covers lunch, snack, and field trip (transportation fee, visiting admission fee).
  
  Children from 2 years and 9 month to 5 years old need sign for our preschool program. Please see details at http://www.littlewagon.org

Special discount:
The second (and third, etc) child from the same family will get 10% off of regular tuition fee when they enroll in the same session.

Payment method:
Payment in full must accompany applications. Please send your application form with full paychecks of nonrefundable registration fee, tuition and a $100.00 refundable deposit (please write $100 deposit in a separate check) to the following address:

Please make it payable to Cambridge Center for Chinese Culture (CCCC). If tuition paid by each session, a new registration fee will be charged for each session.

Fees and Refund Policies:

• Early Drop Off Fee:
  Time: 8:00 am - 8:30 am     Fee: $15 per each day
• Late Pick Up Fee:
  Time: 6:00 pm - 6:10 pm     Fee: $10 per each time
  Time: 6:10 pm - 6:20 pm     Fee: $25 per each time
  Time: 6:20 pm - 6:30 pm     Fee: $40 per each time
  Time: 6:30 am - 6:50 am     Fee: $80 per each time
• Refundable Security Deposit:
  the security deposit is $100.00 for each student with a separated check, which will be refunded at end of the program if the student has a clear balance (no pick-up late fine, etc).
• Bounced Check Fee:
  $20.00 fee will be charged for each bounced check.
• CCCC Coupon:
  each summer school student will receive a coupon that value with 10% of total paid tuition at the end of the summer. The coupon can be used for any other later CCCC programs.
• Refund Policy for Cancellation/Withdrawal:
  For any cancellation/withdrawing, a $5.00 of processing fee will be charged, in addition of other charges, see refund schedule as follow:
        a. 75% refund if withdrawing 1 school days after the class started;
        b. 50% refund if withdrawing 2 school days after the class started;
        c. 25% refund if withdrawing 3 school days after class started;
        d. There is no refund after class started for 4 school days.
